EXO member Suho successfully completed his first solo concert in 12 years since his debut. Held on May 25 and 26 at the Olympic Hall in Seoul’s Olympic Park, the ‘2024 SUHO CONCERT ‘SU” sold out all seats. The final day’s performance was live-streamed online through Beyond Live and Weverse, allowing fans from the United States, Japan, Mexico, Singapore, Australia, Germany, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan, and more to watch simultaneously, showcasing Suho’s global popularity as a solo artist.

Suho’s Emotional Performance and Special Interaction with Fans

Suho personally participated in the planning and direction of this concert, creating a concept that invited fans into a ‘home’ filled with his unique sensibility. The stage was designed to reflect the house depicted in the concert poster, offering a sense of different spaces such as rooms, living rooms, and gardens. The use of gauze curtains, curved screens, and circular lifts enhanced the visual enjoyment for the audience.

Notably, Suho premiered seven songs from his upcoming mini album, including the double title tracks ‘Dotted Line’ and ‘Cheese (Feat. Wendy)’. He also performed tracks from his first and second mini albums, as well as EXO’s hit medley, delivering a total of 22 captivating performances.

Rich Performances with Band Sound and Special Guests

Suho curated a setlist based on various rock genres for this concert, performing with a live band session. He played both electric and acoustic guitars on certain stages, effectively conveying his musical sensibility. Additionally, he invited featuring artists Younha and Giriboy as special guests, presenting unique stages that received positive reactions.

Fans, dressed in pink according to the dress code, filled the seats and held slogans with messages such as ‘Thank you for inviting us to SU’ and ‘If eternity exists, it would be our story with Suho’. They sang along to ‘Love, Let’s Do It’ and ‘Made In You’, and organized various events such as flashing lights and paper airplane throwing during the encore stage, which moved Suho to tears as he read the messages on the paper airplanes.

Reflections on His First Solo Concert and Future Plans

At the end of the concert, Suho expressed his gratitude, saying, “Thank you to all the EXO-Ls who came to my first solo concert, and to all the staff who worked hard for the concert. I was so happy to share this concert filled with my sensibility, and I hope to continue showing my passion as an artist through actions rather than words. If eternity exists, it would be our story. Since this concert marks the beginning of my ‘Dotted Line’ album activities, let’s meet more often in the future.”

Following his Seoul concert, Suho will continue his tour in Manila on June 22, Hong Kong on July 6, Taipei on July 13, Bangkok on July 20, Kuala Lumpur on July 28, and Jakarta on August 10, covering seven Asian regions.
