Kim Woo-bin Purchases Former BTS Office Building in Gangnam for 13.7 Billion Won, Currently Filming New Drama
Actor Kim Woo-bin has acquired a building in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam District, Seoul, for 13.7 billion won, the real estate industry revealed on the 25th. This building, formerly an office of HYBE (previously Big Hit Entertainment), is well-known for being used by BTS, attracting significant attention.
The building, purchased by Kim Woo-bin, boasts a structure with two underground floors and five above ground, covering a land area of about 315.5㎡ (95.4 pyeong) and a total floor area of about 1316.84㎡ (398.34 pyeong). Big Hit Music used this building from 2007 until 2011, after which the office was moved to Samseong-dong before eventually relocating to Yongsan in 2020, following a rebranding to HYBE.
Kim Woo-bin is currently focusing on shooting the new Netflix original series ‘Everything Will Come True,’ penned by writer Kim Eun-sook. The drama is a romantic comedy about a genie, awakened after a thousand years, and Ga-young, a human with an emotional deficit, as they navigate through wishes and challenges, garnering widespread interest.
