RESCENE Donates Entire Performance Fee from ‘RCY Youth Volunteer Festival’
Rising girl group RESCENE (리센느) has donated their entire performance fee from the 13th RCY Youth Volunteer Festival. The group attended the donation ceremony on the 22nd, where they, along with ‘4×4 STUDIO’ from their agency JG Star Entertainment, contributed their performance fees to the Korean Red Cross Seoul Chapter (Chairman Kwon Young-kyu). The donations will be used for the ‘Korean Red Cross Hope Windmill Emergency Support for Crisis Families’ program.
The 13th RCY Youth Volunteer Festival, held on the 11th, featured performances by RESCENE, Bang Ye-dam, and 4×4 STUDIO. During the event, RESCENE captivated the audience with their new songs ‘YoYo’ and ‘UhUh’. The group expressed their desire to donate to help underprivileged youth, finalizing their decision to donate their entire performance fee.
RESCENE’s leader Won shared, “This is our first donation as RESCENE, making it a meaningful and precious memory. RESCENE, who debuted last March with their first single album ‘Re:Scene,’ has quickly risen as a notable rookie group, with the music video for their debut song ‘UhUh’ surpassing 11.69 million views.
