Stray Kids Enters Billboard Hot 100 with ‘Lose My Breath,’ Boosting Global Recognition
The group Stray Kids has proven their global popularity as their new song “Lose My Breath (Feat. Charlie Puth)” enters the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart at number 90.
On May 21 (local time), Billboard announced that Stray Kids’ new English single “Lose My Breath (Feat. Charlie Puth),” released on May 10, ranked 90th on the Billboard Hot 100 chart dated May 25.
Stray Kids first entered the Hot 100 chart in November 2023 with the title track “Rock (樂)” from their mini-album “Rockstar (樂-STAR),” becoming the first 4th generation K-pop boy group to achieve this feat. With their second entry into the Hot 100 with “Lose My Breath,” they have further solidified their position in the global music market.
The new song also ranked 97th on the Official Singles Chart Top 100 in the UK on May 17, once again proving Stray Kids’ widespread global popularity. They captivated audiences with performances of the Stray Kids version of “Lose My Breath” on prominent American TV shows such as ABC’s “Good Morning America” and NBC’s “The Kelly Clarkson Show.”
Additionally, Stray Kids are set to enhance their presence on the global stage as headliners at major international music festivals, including I-Days in Milan, Italy on July 12, BST Hyde Park in London, UK on July 14, and Lollapalooza in Chicago, USA on August 2.
Through these achievements, Stray Kids are boosting their recognition in the global music market and solidifying their position on the world stage.
