‘Wonderland’ Unveils Second Set of Behind-the-Scenes Stills Featuring Star-Studded Ensemble
The highly anticipated film ‘Wonderland’ has released its second batch of behind-the-scenes stills, showcasing the stellar cast and their dynamic on set. ‘Wonderland’ tells the story of people reuniting with their deceased loved ones through an AI video call service that digitally recreates the departed.
The newly released images highlight the star power of the cast, including Suzy, Park Bo-gum, Jung Yu-mi, and Choi Woo-shik, all gathered together. Suzy and Park Bo-gum play the roles of the loving couple Jung-in and Tae-ju, whose chemistry was so convincing that it drew viewers deeply into their story. Jung Yu-mi and Choi Woo-shik, who portray the planner duo Harry and Hyun-su responsible for creating the ‘Wonderland’ service, showcase their close friendship and on-screen chemistry.
The stills also feature Tang Wei and Gong Yoo, who portray the AI-recreated characters Byul-ri and Seong-jun, respectively. Their exceptional chemistry is evident, even though their characters are never meant to meet in the film. Additionally, scenes showing director Kim Tae-yong alongside the late actor Lee Eol on a laptop monitor poignantly underscore the film’s theme of cherished reunions.
The film also includes appearances by Hong Kong actress Ni Ni, who plays Byul-ri’s mother Hwa-ran, and highlights the reunion of Jung Yu-mi and director Kim Tae-yong after their collaboration on ‘Family Ties.’ The warm interactions between the director and cast, including Tang Wei, who previously worked with Kim on ‘Late Autumn,’ are evident in the final shoot celebrations.
‘Wonderland,’ featuring the brilliant chemistry and performances of its cast, is now showing in theaters nationwide.
